At Kristin Tullo Fitness, we aren't about the 'quick fix'. I'm not just in the business of helping clients lose weight; I'm here to show them that they can keep it off, that they can do it with busy schedules that have them traveling 50% of the week, and that counting calories and excessive cardio isn't the strategy to success.
In my three phase program, we start with Self Discovery to identify where you are and what our mission is. During our second phase we build into implementing the strategies created from phase one before beginning our maintenance phase to keep what's working and rid yourself of useless things you no longer need to get where you are comfortable staying.

Aside from my Fitness & Nutrition coaching business, I coach girls soccer & ice hockey, and enjoy spending time with my wife, son and two dogs.
