Client Advocate

Work Environment: On-Site, 35 hours per week.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will work with hotline callers and safe house clients. You’ll provide crisis information, and referrals. The ideal candidate has a passion for social work and advocacy and is committed to our mission of preventing abuse, protecting families and changing lives through empowerment and a safety net of supportive services. Hours: 3:30- 11:30

 What You’ll Do:

  •  Provide crisis intervention and information/referrals in person or on hotline.
  • Complete and maintain agency forms and documentation.
  • Provide client transportation.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
  • Crisis intervention, or case management experience.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license is required.
