Join us on Tuesday, November 19, at 11:00 am Eastern for a virtual informational session about the 2024 Building for Growth (BFG) in New Jersey program. This is a great opportunity to learn more about the program and how you or your organization can get involved.

BFG in NJ is a tuition-free, hybrid executive education program designed to help primarily BIPOC-, woman-, and veteran-owned construction contractors in New Jersey accelerate their growth through industry-focused training. The program combines weekly classes, dedicated technical assistance, and 1:1 mentorship to give contractors the knowledge, tools, and connections to access capital, increase their bonding capacity, and successfully compete for contracts.

Classes will be primarily virtual, with some held in-person at Kean University. Participants also gain access to robust peer to peer B2B networking and broad exposure to industry partners. Since its launch in 2022, BFG has impacted 166 businesses across 29 states.

Applications and nominations are now open, and applications will be accepted on a rolling basis until all seats are filled.
